Cooler Master Silent series casing already has four types. One of them was Cooler Master Silencio 650. In the previous type, ie Cooler Master Silencio 550, this casing has a distinction that located on top top side of casing. If observed, Cooler Master Silencio 550 looks plain on top side of casing, whereas on Cooler Master Silencio 650 has ventilation which compatible for installed a fan 120 mm or 140 mm. Besides its appearance that looks classic, this casing has soundproof feature that makes you comfortable using it.

At the top side of front casing, there are I/O panel, among others USB 3.0 x2, USB 2.0 x2, Mic x1, Audio x1, SD card reader x1, reset button, and power button. On its surrounding there is fan controller switch which useful to set speed when the fan works. In addition, this casing has “DualBoot HDD Switch” that useful for choosing between two OS that installed in HDD without having to go into BIOS. On the front side, there were door which coated aluminum material. Behind those door were coated soundproof foam and the corner of this door casing coated with magnet that are useful to close this casing. Inside behind its doors has X-Dock Bay and the words “Cooler Master”. To give an impression of elegance, color that released also only one, ie full midnight black.

This casing dimensions 207 x 479 x 525.6 mm and has seven storage slots with 3.5-inch form factor (two of which using tool-less system). On the storage 5.25-inch form factor like optical drive and X-Dock Bay slot, this casing provides three drive bays.

On its interior there were side casing that coated with soundproof foam. On the interior 3.5-inch form factor, there’s small green PCB. If want install 3.5 inch HDD, you only need insert molex cable and SATA cable to those PCB thus hot-swap feature on DualBoot controller can be used.
