1. Email Setup
From homescreen open Setup menu> Email> Accounts> Internet Mail Account> Set up another email account. Select your email service provider, or select “Other” if your email provider not available. Enter username and password, then click “Continue”.
2. Deleting Email Account
From homescreen go to Setup menu> Email Accounts> Internet Mail Account. Navigate to the account that you want to delete, click Menu button> Delete> click “Yes”
3. Adding Signature
From homescreen go to Setup menu> Email Accounts> Internet Mail Account. Navigate to the account that is meant, click Menu button> Edit.
Fill in the fields of Your Name with your name and Signature with message to be conveyed at the end of every email that you send using those accounts.
Click Back button> Save, enter password on the field that provided for validation purposes. Click Validate.
4. Sending Service Book

Choose Messages> point selection (highlight) to the email address which you want to forward> press Menu button> click Forward> enter the designated email address and you can also add message on the body of email> press Menu button> click Send.
9. Specifies The Default Email for Sending Message
This is so you don’t need to select email account when creating new email message to be sent.
Choose Options from Main Menu> Device> Advanced System Settings> Default Services. Specify your choice on Messaging (CMIME).
10. Delivery Receipt Settings
Delivery Receipt is a sort of notification that goes to BlackBerry when email that you send has been received by the intended person. Its step choose Messages> click Menu button> Options> Email Preferences> specify the email account which is meant on Messages Services> mark the Confirm Delivery> press Back button> Save.
You can also set so BlackBerry sends Delivery Receipt to the person who sent the email to you by marking Send Delivery Receipt.
11. Read Receipt Settings
Read Receipt similar to Delivery Receipt, only this notification go to BlackBerry when email that you send has been read by the intended person. Choose Messages> click Menu button> Options> Email Preferences> specify the email account which is meant on Messages Services> mark the Confirm Read> press Back button> Save.
You can also set so BlackBerry sends Read Receipt to the person who sent the email to you by changing Send Read Receipt option to Yes.
12. Choosing Emails from Any Account that Appear in The Inbox
Choose Messages> click Menu button> Options> Inbox Management> mark (tick) email account that want to appear on the Inbox> press the Back button> Save.
13. Synchronization of Email Accounts with BlackBerry
This setting useful to add contacts and calendar on BlackBerry with what you have in your email account.
The steps choose Setup from Main Menu> Email Accounts> navigate the choice on the account that want to synchronize> press Menu> Edit> click Synchronization Options> mark the items which you want to synchronize> press the Back button> Save.
